We are generally open weekdays 10am – 4.30pm and weekends 10am – 5pm.
November we are only open Saturday & Sunday except for Saturday 30th November which is closed. The custumes are having revamp so the maniquens will not be there and we are offering a 30% discount for all of November.
December we are open almost every day for Santa’s Grotto but please check the tickets for exact opening dates and times.

All tickets are non refundable. Ticket holders must present their tickets on entry. You can either print your ticket or present the digital version. The Cafe is open to both to those who purchase tickets to the Hellfire Caves & any other visitors

Please note due to the nature of the caves and the width of the tunnels, the Hellfire Caves are unsuitable for pushchairs and wheelchairs We do however provide pushchair parking and baby slings for your convenience

All visitors can enjoy the cafe, gift shop and the courtyard at the entrance

Please note dogs are not permitted in the caves or cafe but are permitted in courtyard

Last admission to the actual Caves is 30 minutes before published closing times

Caves can be dangerous. In parts they are steep, narrow, slippery and dark. The floors are uneven and some of the ceilings are low.

Nestled within the beautiful West Wycombe Estate, The Hellfire Caves are easy to find, we’re located at HP14 3AH, just a stone’s throw away from the Walled Garden café.
There is very limited parking at the caves but we have a 200 space car park located at HP14 3AP – a short 5 minute walk away!
